During this tenure it has built an excellent care system and with it, a reputation for the highest level of care and services. TCHCC places high value on providing opportunities for persons to participate as fully as possible in normalizing roles and relationships.
An interdisciplinary team approach is used with a recovery based, person-directed philosophy. Coordinated care is delivered through specialized and community support services that enhance self image, provide empowerment, promote successful coping and are appropriate to changing needs over time.

Church Street Community Club:
Church Street Community Club, located in Pigeon Falls, WI, offers the opportunity to be with friends, make new friends, use old skills, learn new skills and exercise. In addition there are therapeutic activities offering experiences and the opportunity to relax while serving as a resource for persons who want community-based health care.
-Coordinated program of professional and compassionate services for adults in a community-based group setting.
-Nutritious meals; dinner and morning/afternoon snacks including special dietary accommodation for those needing them.
