Elmwood, Maplewood, Oakwood and Pinewood
This unique option is located across the road from the Trempealeau County Health Care Center. The program is comprised of three homes that house two clients each. Staff has an office in the main home but migrate between the homes throughout the day.
These apartments have two bedrooms each and are completely furnished. A washer and dryer are available for all residents. All utilities are included in the rate.
For admission into this enriching program one must be 19 years of age, able to self-manage for blocks of time, possess a willingness to participate in their recovery, and be able to negotiate stairs and walk to main home for medications, meals and socialization.
