A new program being offered by Trempealeau County Health Care Center, the Crisis Bed Program, is in partnership with LaCrosse County Crisis Program. It provides three beds for individuals experiencing significant emotional difficulties requiring more support than can be offered on an outpatient basis. The two residential beds are in the pleasant surrounding of a home, called the Hertiage House, that offers support and guidance on a 24-hour basis once admitted. The third bed is available if the need arises for more acute services. Trained professional staff is available for support in this program.
