TCHCC is dedicated to provide services that enhance the quality of life for people with developmental, physical and mental health needs.
The Health Care Center's participation in the long-term care industry began in 1898. During this tenure it has built an excellent care system and with it, a reputation for the highest level of care and services.
TCHCC places high value on providing opportunities for persons to participate as fully as possible in normalizing roles and relationships. An interdisciplinary team approach is used, with the active participation of persons served, in delivery of specialized services and community support services that are coordinated, enhance self image, provide empowerment, successful coping and are appropriate to changing needs over time.

TCHCC WELLNESS 2010- Walking for Wii Program - Start date Jan.4, 2010 end date March 26, 2010 - 70 employees currently participating -Top Prize Wii Game. Names will go into a drawing if employee can show documentation of 30 minutes of exercise on at least 50 days during the program.
