Login Instructions
After clicking on the above link, one of two possible dialogue boxes will appear:
a. For this login box type "TCHCC\" followed by your computer username in the first text box. Type your password in the 2nd text and click the "OK" button.
b. For this login box type your computer username in the first text box. Type your password in the 2nd text box. Type "TCHCC" in the 3rd text box and click the "OK" button.
View A Message
Double-click anywhere on a message displayed in the Inbox.
Send A Message
- Click the "New" button at the top of the webpage, slightly to the left.
- You can either type in the recipient's e-mail address directly, using the following format for TCHCC e-mail addresses: first letter of first name + full last name + "@tchcc.com". You can also use the "To" button. After clicking the "To" button, a screen will appear; type in at least part of the name of the recipient and click the "Find" button. Click the person's name where it appears below and click the "To" button at the bottom to add this person. When finished click the "Close" button.
- When done composing your message click the "Send" button located in the top left-hand corner.
Delete A Message
- Click once on the message in the Inbox that you wish to delete so it is highlighted in gray.
- Either press the Delete key on the keyboard or click the delete button (designated with a black "X") located in the toolbar above the Inbox.
Check For New Messages
- Click the "Check for new messages" button (designated with a graphic of two envelopes) on the toolbar above the Inbox.
