Farnam Community Living Center is a licensed 18-bed Community Based Residential Facility.
The home is located in the rural setting of Whitehall, Wisconsin and takes pride in providing a comfortable and caring environment at a reasonable cost.
Farnam is within walking distance to the business district, offering limited shopping, parks, eating establishments, and churches.
Programs are many and varied. Social-cultural-vocational-management of self, time, money, medications and household upkeep. Assisted by staff who are trained, experienced, professional and caring!

- 24-hour staff on duty
- Medication Management, monitoring and education
- Crisis intervention and emergency response services
- Vocational program participation, including training and job placement

- Planned recreational outings and activities
- Individual social and recreational skill training
- Problem-solving and decision-making education and support/supervision related to personal hygiene, ADL's, shopping, safety, household upkeep, transportation utilization and money management

- Provision of psychiatric follow-up
- Coordination of community services as needed
- Medical monitor and follow-up through physician of choice
