TCHCC Grounds

Trempealeau County Health Care Center is a county owned facility with roots beginning in 1898. Construction projects and razing of the 1898 building have resulted in a modern building located in a rural setting.

The focus of the Center is on assisting persons to function with as much self-determination and independence as possible, to prepare them for community living. There are four operations housed at the Trempealeau County Health Care Center's Main Facility.
