Trempealeau County Health Care Center is dedicated to providing services that enhance the quality of life for people with developmental, physical and mental health needs.The Health Care Center's participation in the long-term care industry began in 1898. During this tenure it has built an excellent care system and with it, a reputation for the highest level of care and services. TCHCC places high value on providing opportunities for persons to participate as fully as possible in normalizing roles and relationships.

An interdisciplinary team approach is used with a recovery based, person-directed philosophy.  Coordinated care is delivered through specialized and community support services that enhance self image, provide empowerment, promote successful coping and are appropriate to changing needs over time.
