Farnam Community Living Center is a licensed 18-bed
Community Based Residential Facility. We are located in
the heart of Whitehall, WI. We pride ourselves in providing
a comfortable and caring environment at a reasonable
cost. The location is within walking distance to the
business district offering limited shopping, parks, eating
establishments, and churches. The home combines the
quaintness of the past with the needs of today.

Criteria for Admission

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Must have mental illness
  • Able to perform basic independent living and social skills
  • Willingness to cooperate with a treatment plan
  • Able to self-supervise for periods of time each day
  • Basic ability to structure leisure time
  • Ability to negotiate stairs
