The Trempealeau County Health Care Center offers two Residential Care Apartment Complex options; Country Ridge Apartments, and Clover Way.  Please use the links on the right to explore the unique offerings each RCAC offers.

Services and Programs Provided at Different Facilities Include:

Psychiatric, Psychological, Psychotherapy Services

Consultation, assessment, diagnosis, clinical treatment, testing to determine the developmental, behavioral and psychiatric needs of clients and to develop programs to manage them.
