We offer subcontracting options that assist companies in need of quality work at minimal cost. The subcontracting we do provides an economic benefit for companies and the people the Trempealeau County Health Care Center Vocational Department serves. Our rates are extremely competitive and companies save a decrease cost associated with direct hiring and employee payroll.

Here is a brief description of a few things the Trempealeau County Health Care Vocational Program and its participants currently do. We are always on the lookout for new and exciting types of work so let us know your organization’s specific needs.
Packaging
Trempealeau County Health Care Center Vocational Department provides many types of packaging subcontract services. These services may include, but are not limited to, hardware, written materials, sample packets, and home health items.
Confidential Shredding
We provide a confidential shredding service utilizing locked containers conveniently located at your company. Container sizes range from 50 gallon to 95 gallons each. We pick up the containers either on a set schedule or on an as needed basis pending on your shredding needs. We also provide a certificate of destruction once the confidential material is shredded and destroyed.
Collating
We can fold, insert, staple, and meet any specification that your organization requires. We have been collating for numerous organizations throughout Trempealeau County for a number of years.
Parts Assembly and Repair
With our trained group of vocational participants we can inspect, assemble and/or repair items. Among many things, we assemble up to 25 foot Christmas roping and wreaths and provide quality control of trademark names for appliances and assembled jigs and lures for fishing.
Button Making
We continue to assemble 2 ¼ inch buttons on a seasonal basis for local celebrations and special occasions.
Labeling
We provide services for labeling of personal and/or company laundry items to prevent loss and/or theft in specialized care facilities as well as for private consumers.
Custom Subcontracting
