The Trempealeau County Health Care Center Vocational Department provides a competitive and safe working environment by promoting empowerment and the enhancement of workplace skills for persons with physical, developmental and mental health needs through meaningful work opportunities.

 

Who We Are

The Trempealeau County Health Care Center Vocational Department is a team of dedicated individuals working towards the continuous improvement of vocational services provided to people with physical, developmental, and mental health needs.  We believe that providing paid work opportunities can help to empower people and enhance their quality of life.  The TCHCC vocational department provides high quality services to persons with disabilities by establishing standards that promote excellence through building on individual’s workplace skills.

 

What We Do

Services Offered

With two separate work areas, the Trempealeau County Health Care Center Vocational Department performs subcontract work in order to offer a safe and competitive work environment along with providing paid work for vocational rehabilitation participants.  A work force of trainees and experienced workers along with a high level of supervision and quality control are the keys to our organizations success.  Some of the services included, but not limited to, are:
