Transportation Services

Trempealeau County Health Care Center has developed this service to provide safe and convenient transportation for our clients. Our intent is to meet the needs of the clients, families and supporting agencies by assisting wih transportation. Qualified TCHCC staff members are utilized to implement this service. Transporting a client to and from a court hearing or a meeting in their home county sometimes provides a challenge to all involved. To better serve the client and offer an additional option to their county, Trempealeau County Health Care Center has added this transportation service.

Trempealeau County Health Care Center will coordinate and provide transportation to clients needing to travel. This not only provides an easy access service but also allows the client to travel safely with staff they are familiar with in a non-threatening environment.
